Hi, I am Gabriella, the co-founder of The Trent Cheese Company.

You may think why cheese?

.

Well…… cheese has been in our family history for over 70 years starting in the early 1950’s when my late Italian grandfather ‘Gino’ started making Fior di Latte Mozzarella Cheese in Italy at the age of 11.

My grandfather moved to England in 1960 and later in 1981 opened his own Fior di Latte Mozzarella factory in Loughborough and began supplying Italian wholesalers up and down the country as well as the local Italian community who adored his Mozzarella cheese.
