Belton Red Fox is a contemporary British cheese with a rich, complex balance of sweet and savoury flavours. Matured for around 14 to 18 months, it has a deep russet colour and firm, rugged texture with a subtle crunch from naturally occurring calcium lactate crystals. A distinctive cheese for cheeseboards, sandwiches, and cooking.
