Raclette Cheese

The "roast cheese" once enjoyed by shepherds in the summer pastures has remained largely unchanged since the Middle Ages. Now known as "Raclette," this rich, melting cheese continues to be a favourite for gathering and sharing, especially on cosy winter nights by the fire. It comes as a quarter, perfect for slicing and melting.

Weights can vary between 1.4-2.2kg approx.
